Nick Toussaint, PE, PMP, Principal / ICE Manager

'I got into the Water and Wastewater Industry in 1986 when I moved from San Francisco to Denver after working in New Zealand for two years after college.  I was a spoiled young engineer / fly fisherman and was very excited to be close to some fantastic trout fishing in Colorado.  I was lucky to get a position at a panel shop and in 1988 I was hired by RTW Engineers, which later became Tetra Tech. I really enjoy working with like-minded engineers and plant operators, especially up in the mountains.'

Most Memorable Project
One of my most memorable projects was working with Bill Burkes at the Tri-Lakes Plant in Monument, Colorado, programming some of the first PLC code for the Parkson aeration system.

That led to several engagements with the Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District, and eventually some larger projects with the City of Colorado Springs, the City of Arvada, Eagle River Water and Sanitation District, the City of Durango, and the City of Aurora.  AND along the way, I managed to fish in some very scenic places with some really great people!
