FEI is a firm believer that a strong Project Management Approach centralizes workflow information, providing efficient communication and cooperation between disciplines, and leading to success. We will develop Project Work Plans with clients and use progress reports, coordination meetings, deliverable review meetings, and workshops to take projects from kickoff through completion.

Cost & Schedule Controls
Budgets are tracked using Ajera software in combination with a work breakdown structure. Costs for tasks are compared with the project schedule, and progress and budget status is identified. Ajera lets our team easily and efficiently monitor project progress and identify tasks that have been completed or still need to be completed. Schedules are finalized and work progress is compared to critical path designations.

Quality Assurance & Control
FEI Principals are heavily involved in our projects. They are responsible for providing overall quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) making sure that projects and deliverables meet the highest of standards.
Our systems in place in combination with software we utilize helps deliver projects on-schedule, within budget, of high quality and that meet client goals. |
