Keith Rindt, CAD Manager / Senior Designer
Keith has over 15 years of experience in water treatment and wastewater treatment design and drafting, including process, architectural, electrical and civil design aspects. Mr. Rindt is the manager of FEI’s design and drafting activities and is responsible for coordinating project design elements with the process engineering staff, setting and maintaining design standards, implementing document management systems, and coordinating workload assignments. He has provided design services to clients including Town of Georgetown, St. Vrain Sanitation District, Town of Nederland, City and County of Broomfield, City of Boulder, Eagle River Water & Sanitation District, Town of Estes Park, City of Durango, Town of Ault, Town of Lyons, etc.
Allison (Mudrey) Walendzik, Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
Allison has over 8 years of marketing experience with 7 years working for engineering firms. Her current experience focuses on current and potential client communications, developing company awareness, designing and creating materials, corresponding with the media, and bringing project information to the public. Allison's role includes managing FEI's marketing and business development team, meeting with prospective clients, producing proposals, forming project teams and coordinating initial efforts, maintaining the company website, designing and updating marketing materials, creating presentations, etc. As Marketing and Business Development Coordinator Allison is always available to meet with current, prospective, or past clients to ensure FEI is meeting the highest level of client satisfaction.
Susan McCannon, Project Planning & Funding Specialist
Susan has 30 years of experience within the public and private sectors. The variety and longevity of her career has offered her numerous opportunities to travel to all corners of Colorado and work with many communities on a number of issues. Her background includes natural resource management and regulation to protect and regain environmental sustainability, organizational management, and planning and budgeting. Her current experience focuses on evaluating funding and financing options for clients; with an emphasis on identifying program eligibility, budget planning requirements, and managing funding program application processes. In the past nine years Susan has assisted her clients in gaining more than $25 Million in low-interest loans and grants. She has successfully worked with the Town of Georgetown, Town of Ault, Village of Taos Ski Valley, Town of Bennett, St. Mary's Glacier Water & Sanitation District, Pine Brook Water District, etc.
Heather Harris, Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Heather has over 10 years of experience as an office manager and executives assistant. She oversees the daily activities of FEI's Durango office and her responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting project managers with tracking progress, schedules, and budgets; coordinating submittals, formatting reports, etc.
Beverley Wassmund, Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Beverley has over 30 years experience and has worked successfully as the head of many accounting departments for various companies throughout her career. As our full charge bookkeeper, she focuses on FEI's accounting and human resource needs including record keeping, project invoicing, payment processing, and benefit packages, etc.
